Spending over 60 hours on the slopes this winter with Dream Adaptive has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a ski mentor, I’ve had the opportunity to work one-on-one with individuals with disabilities, helping them build confidence and independence through adaptive instruction. Every lesson is a new challenge—adjusting techniques, problem-solving on the fly, and celebrating each small victory. Whether it’s a first run down the mountain or a breakthrough in technique, I love creating an environment where everyone can experience the freedom and joy of skiing.

Over the past three years at Dutch Bros Coffee, I’ve held key roles including Content Marketing Manager, Learning and Development Program Manager, and Digital Project Manager. As Content Marketing Manager, I led the creation and execution of the content strategy, ensuring brand consistency across channels and driving organic traffic through SEO-optimized content and SEM strategy.
